In my opinion, Grub Burger Bar is a chain that serves one of the better, if not best, burgers and shakes in the country. Their menu is pretty creative and extensive, and the one in Wilmington even serves cocktail (like a bar!) I ordered the E.T. milkshake, which is half the price of Black Tap’s in NYC, but looks as good and delicious. Don’t turn a blind eye just because this is a chain without much publicity.
The burgers are tasty and too photogenic. This is the reason why I even bother making a post. They taste even better. The place is packed at 2pm on a Sunday in a dead shopping mall in the outskirts of Wilmington. The crowd attest to the quality of the food here. Price-wise, they are not the cheapest, but it is not unreasonable for something this good. Sometimes, I wish Grub is closer to Newark – I would eat this over Shake Shack. (OH NO!)
